We can't thank you enough for all the work you did for our day. You made the rehearsal so simple and quick, yet informative. I don't even know where to begin on the day of the wedding. I'm really not sure how we would have done it without you there. Our parents and families were also very pleased with the service you provided. My mom and sister (and the bridesmaids) couldn't stop talking about how wonderful you were. Considering you changed my shoes for me right before the introductions at the reception, in the words of one of my bridesmaids, I'd love to keep you in my back pocket everyday!

Jon was especially pleased with the fact that you and the staff were providing us with appetizers and drinks during the picture hour, and how painless it was because of that! I know the groomsmen also appreciated the drinks before the ceremony.

We received some great feedback on the food. We've never heard so many different people say how much they loved a meal at a wedding reception. Even the kids meals were fantastic...or so my brother-in-law who cleaned their plates told me. We were pleasantly surprised that the actual meals so closely resembled the tasting in quality and appearance.

Please extend our sincere thanks to all of the JDK staff who worked at our wedding. They were all so friendly and accommodating.

We'd love to be able to provide you with some constructive criticism since we suspect that's what you're looking for, but we honestly can't think of anything that wasn't perfect.

The weather worked out for a beautiful day. Almost everyone we spoke to afterwards that attended our event said the catering / food was the best they ever had at a wedding. My daughter's wedding went beautifully. Everyone enjoyed the food, the flowers, the service...it couldn't have been better. Diana's role from handling the arrangements from start to finish as well as being present at the rehearsal, the ceremony and the reception was so important. The planning was perfect and there were no surprises. Keith made sure that the bride and groom (and myself) had a chance to taste the hors d'oeuvres and in general was multi-tasking. Diana and Keith made sure everything was organized and running smoothly, often stopping to make sure we were happy with how things were going or asking if they could attend to us in some way. Rose did an excellent job with all the flowers and worked endlessly with our outside flowers. Diana, Rose and Keith, as well as all your service people made the experience wonderful. It couldn't have been nicer.

Everything was better than we could have imagined! The food was absolutely fantastic, people are still raving. My regret, I was so nervous and energized that I didn't have an appetite and didn't get to eat as much as I would have liked!! The chicken dish was out of this world. We actually talked about it the entire honeymoon (if you ever happen to have extra, feel free to give us a call and we'll help you finish it off!). Rose did all the flowers... and although I was a little skeptical at first, she did an outstanding job. I had a very specific vision and she met it.

Our coordinator Diana was so amazing and fantastic. Everything we threw at her, she handled with grace and professionalism. She was able to give us the best possible wedding; a five star event, with the budget we provided. She always made herself available and listened intently to everything I suggested/wanted. no matter how crazy. She went above and beyond by locating the photo booth we wanted - which absolutely MADE the evening and was a huge hit. Diana was an absolute joy to work with and I'm going to miss not having a reason to talk with her!

I simply cannot say enough about how pleased both my husband and I were with everything. Our family and friends can't stop talking about how amazing the night was. Some have even said it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they've ever attending. It wouldn't have been possible without Diana and her team. Thank you so much for making our wedding so wonderful and perfect.

Now, this is where I have to say that I have never seen a catering company that did it ALL, but JDK is one top notch operation. Under the planning and design of the super talented and super awesome David Everett, he and the JDK staff did everything - planning, setup, flowers, food, EVERYTHING - and it was all top notch! (David was the 2007 Recipient of the Male Rising Star of the Year Spotlight Award and accepted an offer by a US Catering Firm as an event designer for several American corporate clients entertaining guests in Beijing for the summer Olympics.) David and the entire JDK staff were truly amazing and below you’ll see some of the amazing details that David was responsible for. It was just gorgeous!

Your crew helped out a great deal above and beyond the catering duties with moving furniture and taking care of decorations. We appreciate it! I have heard so many people just rave about how good the food was at our wedding. Frankly, everyone has talked about the food more than anything else. So, I think the buffet was a hit! I do have one teeny tiny request. Would it be possible to get the recipe for the potato/corn dish? I know you guys pulled that off the internet at the last minute but many people have agreed it was the best item on the buffet. Even if you can't give out the recipe per se, could you point me in the right direction of the website you guys got it from? I am totally CRAVING it!!

As overall coordinator, David offered us great personal assistance with creative ideas to help our daughter, Callie make decisions. He was patient with multiple discussions and helped her to meet her budget and deliver a simple but elegant party. Callie and Anthony were especially pleased with David's personal service to them during the reception, but Everyone on staff that day was customer service oriented.
