We’re back from Paris (had a wonderful time) and wanted to let you know there are NO words to describe the incredible job JDK did for our wedding. Our families are STILL talking about the fantastic food AND the wonderful service both Matt and Dean provided. We won’t look anywhere else for future catering needs. As a matter of fact, we’re discussing Saturday evening, August 16, 2008 as the date for our reception for “friends and extended family” and would like to know the availability of the Mill House (is that the name of the place in Carlisle)? I want to take the time to thank David Everett and Rose for making our daughter, Amber and Shane’s wedding the day of their dreams. David blew my expectations away. He was wonderful! David was on top of it all. There wasn’t one glitch in the whole day. My family and Shane’s family and the friends that attended said this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I owe it all to David and your wonderful catering company. The food was outstanding and the service superb. Rose’s floral arrangements were just breathtaking. I shared these beautiful arrangements with family so they had a memory of this wonderful day. I would and will recommend your company to my family and friends.

Sorry that it's taken me so long to write you this email. Everything at the Zembo looked awesome for our wedding reception. Your staff were fantastic and Diana did a great job orchestrating everything. The room was set up as we wanted it and the place looked great. The food (which I made a point to sit down and eat!) was excellent and many of our guests were commenting on how good it was as well. Devin and I appreciate your flexibility with us, especially your willingness to work with 2 people who live in California whom you had never met and to finish the planning at the last minute.

Dear Jennifer,
What more can I say than JDK! It has been almost eight weeks since our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding day, yet the phone calls, notes, and letters of appreciation from invited guests about our lovely wedding continue.
When I try to think of the ultimate adjective to describe my initial reaction upon viewing the entire wedding site…enchanting is the word. The natural beauty of the setting of Lauxmont was so enhanced by the exquisite designs produced by David, that some of our guests were sure everything had been brought in from New York.
David…what I can say that would even begin to express my appreciation for your creative genius, his always positive, pleasant, and patient manner and above all a professionalism never to be surpassed by anyone in his field. Thank you David for the memory!
Jennifer, you and JDK have been our one and only caterer for all our family’s most important events. With each one I couldn’t imagine how you could top the pervious… but once again, most unbelievably, this one was over the top. The outstanding quality and presentation of food prepared and served to our guests was remarkable. Understated elegance and phenomenal attention to detail was evident throughout the entire site. We were so thoroughly please with everything.
