Services from start to finish were absolutely phenomenal!!! David Everett is absolutely amazing. I could not believe my eyes when I saw how he decorated everything. I was truly impressed. Everyone who came to the party was commenting on how beautiful everything looked and how wonderful the food was. The chef worked out of our garage in freezing weather and did not complain once. I felt so bad for him...even though I told him to come inside and warm up, he would not....so....I gave him a space heater. Cindy, Kim and Jenn were amazing....on top of everything at all times. Cindy knew what everyone was drinking and no one had to ask her a second time. Beautifully done...very professional...very fun...We will definitely use all of them again (I will request the same staff :-)) The only glitch was our garage door was broken, but once again...your company had your insurance company call me right away and it is in the process of being resolved. I couldn't have asked for a nicer party. Peter represents your company extremely well and was so much fun to work with. I can tell that he really enjoys what he does and enjoys working for JDK. Peter selected the perfect decorations/set-up theme and colors for our house. Rich did a terrific job of taking care of the guests throughout the evening and of keeping dishes cleared, etc. The food was wonderful. Everyone raved about it, including my mother who can be tough to please. Scott and I shared leftovers with a few guests and we enjoyed some for dinner last evening. Our office is originally in Washington, DC. We used a satellite office in Harrisburg, PA for a month. During that time, we needed other services outside of catering, i.e., restaurant and balloon service recommendations. Jessica was always willing to assist us in any way she could. As this was my first catered event in my home, I was quite nervous. Neil recognized this and went above and beyond to supply me with two servers and also showing up himself to be sure set up was done to the highest standards. The food was scrumptious, with just the right selections and enough of each item. I am still receiving calls from my guests about how delicious the food was. The servers, Kim and Allison were perfection! I loved how Kim and Allison blended into the crowd, yet stood available to serve when needed... When I set out to plan this event several people told me that there were a number of caterers who could do just as good a job as JDK and would cost much less. For me, cost really goes beyond simply paying for food to be cooked and delivered. And quite frankly, it only took me about five minutes to figure out that trying to plan and price a menu with one of your competitors was going to be entirely too time consuming and aggravating for me to even consider. Any savings that I may have realized with another caterer was more than made up for in how easy and stress-free you made this for me. For me that was the real value and what I was paying for. Thank you so much.
Additionally and again to your credit, you were able to get this done with very little notice. In the past, I've been to several large and elaborate events which were put together by JDK. However, at no point did I notice any difference in the attention or level of detail between those events and our little 40th birthday party with 35 people.
Please consider me a faithful client. I certainly will not hesitate to recommend JDK to anyone in the future.

Hi Erika,
I can't retire for the evening without letting you know how wonderful it was to work with Randy and Tiffany for our dinner this evening. They rolled with the punches so incredibly. Five of our 14 guests are Japanese, and only one speaks English. Randy and Tiffany were so polite and patient with them.
The chef kind of snuck in (in his wild and crazy pants) and made the best salmon we've ever eaten. The salad was an art piece, the potatoes au gratin absolutely delicious, and the vegetable presentation lovely and very tasty. The ‘icing on the cake’ was the bananas foster, presented like a pro by Tiffany--with lots of help from our Japanese guests! It was an evening to remember. JDK once again did a great job for us!
I understand you had a very large job at the Farm Show Arena, but you obviously regarded our small dinner as an event of equal importance. Very impressive. Thank you so much. We look forward to working with you again.

We were most pleased with the way Randy and Andrea handled the affair. They were extremely discrete and sensitive to the nature of the (funeral) event, in the wings during the service and right there when we were ready to serve our refreshments. We look forward to working with you again. The menu plan that you put together was perfect for the constraints we were under and the food that JDK prepared was delicious. Randy might have told you there were only bones left of the salmon and all desserts were consumed! We had just the right amount of leftovers to have some nibbles during the rest of the weekend with our family.
